The Aragbiji of Iragbiji, Oba Abdur-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi Odundun IV has eulogized the immediate-past governor of Osun State and now Hon. Minister for Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, over his indelible contributions to the overall success recorded in the completion of the newly built Aragbiji Ultramodern Palace which was commissioned last Thursday.
Expressing his profound gratitude to the Minister, who is an illustrious son of the ancient town, the monarch in a statement he issued, said: “I, members of the Aragbiji Royal Household, the Iragbiji Development Association (IDA) and indeed all Sons and Daughters of Iragbiji, express profound appreciation to Your Excellency for joining us in commissioning our Ultramodern Palace on March 7, 2024. But for you, the program would not have been so successful.
“Even if I try to thank you I do not have the best word to thank you enough to justify my gratitude to you. However, I know that Almighty Allah will do it the best way for you on my behalf.”
Similarly, Oba Olabomi also thanked another former Chief Executive Officer of Osun State, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, and Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola who attended the commissioning of the new palace in the company of her husband.
Oba Abdur-Rasheed in a similar vein, commended members of the Iragbiji Development Association (IDA) and indeed all Sons and Daughters of the ancient town over their dedication and commitment to the development of Iragbiji.
According to Aragbiji, who was full of ecstasy and appreciation to all the attendees, the list of eminent and prominent dignitaries who felicitated with him, especially those who physically joined him at the commissioning, is endless. He however, used the medium of his press statement to express his hearty gratitude to all and sundry who brought the idea of the new palace to fruition as well as those who made the occasion of the commissioning epocha.
