The spirit of grassroots politics once again came alive on Sunday, 21st September 2025, as the leading philanthropist, passionate advocate of his people, and tireless voice of his constituency, Hon. Chief Adeniyi Ismail Oluwatosin (AIO), graced the weekly ward meeting of Iperin Ward 06. His presence, as always, was greeted with warmth, enthusiasm, and renewed hope by party faithfuls and community members who see in him a guiding light of hope and possibilities.
In his presentation, Chief Oluwatosin reiterated his unshaken dedication to bringing about a lasting turnaround for his people and the entire constituents of Boluwaduro, Ifedayo, and Ila Federal Constituency, should he eventually be entrusted with the party’s ticket to contest come 2027. He lamented the absence of certain developmental projects that ought to have long been situated in Ila-Orangun, Ifedayo, and Boluwaduro, emphasizing his readiness to facilitate them without exemption when given the mandate.
With clarity and firmness, he also drew the attention of party faithfuls to the forthcoming gubernatorial election, urging everyone to allow love to lead and to embrace whomever emerges as the party’s flag bearer. He underscored that unity within the party remains paramount, stressing that collective loyalty and discipline are the true strengths of the Progressives. Chief Oluwatosin expressed profound appreciation to every member of the ward for their resilience, patience, and perseverance, noting that their steadfastness has continued to sustain the image and integrity of the party.
The meeting was enriched by the voices of other notable ward members. Mr. Adebisi Sulaiman, the Ward Chairman, warmly welcomed the APC Chieftain, commending his consistency in consultation and community engagement. He urged him to continue on this path while ensuring peace and harmony in all political activities, praying fervently for his success in every endeavor.
Also, Hon. Bamiduro, a former ward chairman, applauded the Chief for his efforts in promoting the party and for constantly putting smiles on the faces of the people. He assured that the people of Iperin Ward are not only with him but solidly behind him, ready to walk with him on the journey ahead.
The Secretary of the ward, alongside three other members, further commended AIO, encouraging him to occasionally be accompanied by representatives of the ward during his consultation tours as a symbol of solidarity and active participation. They pledged their support and commitment to his cause, rounding their remarks with heartfelt prayers for his flawless triumph.
The session ended on a note of enthusiasm and collective optimism, as prayers were once again offered for the Chief that may he never fail, and that his aspirations shall be crowned with resounding success.
