The immediate past Managing Director of the Osun Public Procurement Agency and a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ifelodun, Boripe, and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, Bello Adegboyega Basheer (BABS), has expressed excitement ahead of Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji’s (AMBO) visit to Odo-Otin later today.

In a statement issued early this morning, BABS described AMBO’s planned visit for consultation as “a reaffirmation of unity, strength, and shared vision within the APC family” as the party intensifies grassroots engagements in the build-up to the 2026 Osun governorship election.

“We are proud to host AMBO in Odo-Otin. His commitment to development, transparency, and grassroots empowerment reflects the values our constituency holds dear. This visit is more than a courtesy; it’s a reaffirmation of our collective resolve to ensure progressive governance in Osun State,” BABS said.

He further praised AMBO’s record of service, describing him as a leader whose administrative competence and people-first policies have inspired hope across the state. He urged APC members, community leaders, youth, and women in Odo-Otin to turn out in large numbers to give AMBO a rousing welcome.

According to him, AMBO’s visit would provide an opportunity for stakeholders to engage directly with him, share ideas, and consolidate strategies for the party’s victory in the 2026 polls.

The visit is expected to draw party loyalists, traditional rulers, and residents from across the local government area, with many describing it as a political homecoming that will further cement APC’s presence in Odo-Otin.
